Our Story

Ever meet someone you found unflinching, unapologetically bold, adventurous, spiritual, and an honest burst of fire? We did! This collection honors the most admired, complicated and beloved contributor to her own causes and the many lives she touched. Her vivid style and love of colors reflected in everything she wore, and she wore everything well! She began her love for creating fashion through her own brand - Designs By L in Oklahoma City, Ok in the early 70's, and never one to give up, went on to establish her love of baking and local celebrity status through B's Baking in Raleigh, NC. She retired in 2014 still teaching the word and works of Christ. She was our inspiration, mentor, advisor, mother, and dearest friend.
